摘要
通过对乙醇喷射装置结构参数的优选,研究了乙醇喷射压力、乙醇喷射方向与气流方向的夹角、喷射方式等影响因素与乙醇雾化性能指标的关系,得出了影响乙醇雾化性能指标的主次因素和各因素的显著性水平。在试验范围内,各参数的较优组合为喷射压力0.4 MPa,乙醇喷射方向与气流方向的夹角为45°,喷射方式为连续喷射。该研究对乙醇/柴油组合燃烧发动机试验平台搭建及研究具有实际指导意义,同时为今后乙醇/柴油组合燃烧发动机性能研究提供理论依据和科学指导。
The structural paramenters of the ethanol injection system were improved.The research focused on the relation between ethanol atomizing performance index and the influential factors such as ethanol injiection pressure,the angle between the direction of ethanol injection and the direction of air flow,and injection modes.The authors identified the major and minor factors affecting ethanol atomizing performance and the significance levels of different factors.In the experimental range,the parameters for the optimal combination are:injection pressure 0.4 MPa,angle 45°,and continuous injection mode.This research has practical significance for the establishment and further research of ethanol/diesel compound combustion engine experimental platform,and provides a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the research of ethanol/diesel compound combustion engine.
