摘要
以ZS195型柴油机为例,进行了甲醇/柴油混合燃料对柴油机性能影响的试验。结果表明,在柴油机参数不变的情况下,随着甲醇添加比例的增加,柴油机的动力性有所下降、燃油经济性有所改善、烟度和CO的排放量都明显降低、HC的排放量有所增加。NOx排放在甲醇的体积分数为10%时略有增加,在甲醇的体积分数为20%时下降10%左右。
Taken engine ZS195 as an example, tests on methanol/diesel fuel's influence on performance of the diesel engine have been made. The test results show remaining unchanged and methanol proportion increased under the condition of the diesel engine parameters , the driving force of the engine goes down, and fuel economy has improved, diesel smoke and CO emissions are significantly reduced, HC emissions are increased. NOx emission slightly increases when methanol bulk fraction is about 10% and the emission decreases about 10% when methanol bulk fraction is 20% ;hybrid.
