摘要
研究了5种离子交换树脂对石杉碱甲的吸附量和解吸率。结果表明,C004阳离子交换树脂的效果最好,其最佳工艺参数为:上柱液pH=3.0,上柱流速为3 BV/h,洗脱剂用3 mol/L氨水-70%乙醇,洗脱剂体积3 BV,洗脱速率1 BV/h。在此优化条件下,产品中的石杉碱甲含量可达5%。
The adsorption capacities and the desorptions of five different ion exchange resins towards Huperzine A were studied.The results showed that C004 cation exchange resin exhibited the best effects.The optimal technological parameters were as follows:the pH value of sample solution 3.0,flow rate 3 BV/h,3 mol/L ammonia water-70% ethanol of elution,elution volume 3 BV,elution velocity 1 BV/h.Under the optimum conditions,the content of Huperzine A was up to 5%.
