摘要
目的考察微波提取吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的影响因素,设计微波提取的最佳工艺。方法设计正交实验,安排辐射温度、辐射时间、乙醇浓度、溶媒倍数4个因素考察,以HPLC法检测。结果吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的最佳提取工艺为提取温度60℃、提取时间8min、乙醇浓度65%和料液比1:20。结论用本实验方法提取,效率高、时间短,是提取吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的好方法。
Objective To optimize the process conditions for extraction technology of the eviodiamine and rutaecarpine from evodia rutaecarpa Cuss). benth with microwave. Methods The orthogonal design of four factors and three levels were used to elect the optimum extraction method. The four factors were extraction temperature, extraction time , alcohol concentration and solvent times, The contents of the eviodiamine and mtaccarpine were determined by HPLC. Results The optimal process con- ditions for the eviodiamine and rutaecarpine were as follows : 60℃as extraction temperature, 8 min as extraction time, 65% as alcohol concentration and 1:20 as solvent times. Conclusions This Method is highly efficient and soon for extraction of the eviodiamine ond rutoecarpine from evodia rutoecarpa(juss.) benth.
