摘要
构建和谐社会是我国21世纪发展的重要目标,和谐社会的建立与重视和提高我国老年人生活质量有着必然的内在联系。重视和提高老年人生活质量是国家、政府、社会和家庭义不容辞的责任。完善老年保障体系,提高老年人的生活质量,对于社会和谐稳定发展与建设具有不可低估的积极意义。
The important goal of the 21st century is to construct a harmonious society. The construction of a harmonious society has an inherent and essential relation with emphasizing and improving the Chinese elder＇ s quality of life in that the latter is the unshirkable responsibility of the state, government, society and fami- ly. The active role that the perfection of old-age security system and improvement of the elder＇ s quality of life plays in the construction and stable development of social harmony cannot be underestimated.
