摘要
目的建立清开灵片中胆酸及栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC,分别以蒸发光散射和紫外检测器为检测手段,测定制剂中胆酸及栀子苷的含量。结果清开灵片中胆酸在0.588 6～3.924 0μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为100.22%,RSD4.1%;栀子苷在0.030 12～0.903 6μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率为103.8%,RSD为2.0%。结论该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于清开灵片的质量评价。
Objective To establish the determination method of cholic acid and geniposide in Qingkailing tablets by HPLC. Methods HPLC with ELSD and UV detector was used to determine the contents of cholic acid and geniposide. Results Cholic acid showed good linear relationship（r=0.999 3） within the range of 0.588 6～3.924 0 μg,and the average recovery rate was 100.22 %（RSD= 4.1 %,n=6）;Geniposide showed good linear relationship（r=1）,0.030 12～0.903 6 μg,and the average recovery rate was 103.8 %（RSD=2.0 %,n=6）. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and separating effect is good.It can be used for quality control of Qingkailing tablets.
