摘要
建立了柱前衍生,高效液相色谱荧光法快速检测土壤中阿维菌素含量的分析方法。土壤样品经无水乙醇提取后,旋转蒸发浓缩(50℃)近干,氮气流吹干。无水条件下,经三氟醋酸酐、1-甲基咪唑、乙腈和甲醇共同作用,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器测定阿维菌素在土壤中的添加水平为0.005~0.5 mg/kg时,该方法的平均添加回收率为86.97%~95.16%,相对标准偏差为4.16%~5.14%。
A method of derivative determination of the content of abamectin in soil by HPLC-FLD was explored.Soil was extracted by absolute ethyl alcohol,concentrated nearly dry by rotary evaporator(50 ℃),and dried by N2 gas.Avoid water,by the action of trifluoroacetic anhydride,1-methyl sulfonated,acetonitrile and methanol,and determined by reverse phase HPLC equipped with FLD.Uner the fortified level 0.005 to 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery ranged from 86.97% to 95.16% for soil.
