微生态制剂与饲用抗生素对肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了探讨日粮中添加微生态制剂肽菌素和抗生素对肉鸡生产性能、免疫性能的影响,选取1日龄健康的肉鸡180只,随机分成4个处理组,每个组3个重复,研究各试验组日增重、料肉比、免疫器官指数、血清中新城疫(ND)血凝抑制(HI)抗体效价、血清中IgG的含量和肠内容物sIgA的含量。结果表明:与其余组相比,肽菌素T组能提高日增重(P<0.05),降低料肉比。肽菌素T组能显著提高40日龄ND抗体效价水平和血清中IgG的含量,且均与对照D组和抗生素K组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果提高,在肉鸡日粮中长期添加肽菌素能显著提高肉鸡的生产性能和免疫功能。 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of probiotics product and antibiotics on growth performance and immune function in broilers. One hundred and eighty one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group. Daily gain weight, feed conversion ratio, the index of immune organs, the hemagglutination inhibition antibody titer of Newcastle Disease in the serum, serum IgG concentrations and sIgA Level of intestinal contents were measured. The results showed that the antibacterial probiotics group T could increase daily gain weight (P〈0.05) and decrease feed conversion ratio, Comparing with other three groups. The antibacterial probiotics group T could significantly improve the 40-day-old ND antibody titers and the serum levels of IgG, and it was a sig-nificant difference compared to the control group D and the antibiotic group K (P〈0.05). Adding antibacterial probiotics in longterm can improve growth and strengthen immune function of broilers.
