摘要
微量元素钴是浮游藻类代谢、生长所需要的一种元素。藻类增长潜力(AGP)试验显示,在钴(Co2+)质量浓度为0.120 0~0.167 8μg/L的液体培养基中,脆杆藻(Fragilaria sp.)的生长增殖较快;Co2+质量浓度达到0.229 1μg/L时,脆杆藻的生长增殖受到明显抑制。Co2+质量浓度在0.120 0~0.229 1μg/L之间时,斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obiquus)的生长增殖较快;Co2+质量浓度大于0.284 9μg/L后,斜生栅藻的生长增殖则受到不同程度的抑制。汾河水库水体的Co2+含量平均为0.167 8μg/L,在其他条件适宜时对硅藻和绿藻的细胞分裂与生长有促进作用。
Co2+ is a kind of trace element needed by phytoplankton's metabolism and growth.The results of algal growth potential test showed that cell growth and multiplication of Fragilaria sp.increased faster at Co2+ concentration of 0.120 0~ 0.167 8 μg/L in liquid culture media,and were obviously inhibited when Co2+ mass concentration was above 0.229 1 μg/L.It also shown that the optimum Co2+ mass concentration for cell growth and multiplication of Scenedesmus obiquus was 0.120 0~0.229 1 μg/L.However,the Co2+ concentration above 0.284 9 μg/L caused obviously inhibition to cell growth and multiplication of Scenedesmus obiquus in different degrees.The Co2+ concentration in Fenhe reservoir was 0.167 8 μg/L.It could also accelerate the growth and cell multiplication of Diatom and Chlorophyta,when other conditions were suitable.
