摘要
盆栽试验结果表明,在本试验设定的土壤施硒范围内,魔芋叶含硒量为2.648~343.946μg/g,球茎含硒量为1.560~101.906μg/g,呈现叶大于球茎的规律,均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关;魔芋叶、球茎的吸硒量分别为0.012~1.906 mg/pot、0.142~9.731 mg/pot,呈现球茎大于叶的规律,亦均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关;魔芋叶、球茎的吸硒量占每株魔芋总吸硒量的比例分别为7.89%~16.38%、92.11%~83.62%,这表明球茎的吸硒能力大于叶;魔芋对土壤施硒的利用率为7.26%~15.47%,与某些条件下植物对磷肥的利用率相当.
The results of applying Se in soil to Amorphophallus konjac by pot experiment were reported in this paper. In the range of application of Se in this experiment, Se content of Amorphophallus konjac in foliages, corms was 2. 648~343. 946μg/g and 1.56~101. 906μg/g respectively. So the distributive regularity of Se content as follows: Se content in foliages is higher than that in corms. But the Se content of Amorphophallus konjac had marked positive correlations with soil application of Se. Se uptake in foliages, corms was 0. 012~1. 906 mg/pot, 0. 142~9. 731 mg/pot, respectively. So, the distribution of Se uptake changes: the foliages absorbed less than the corms, which suggested that Se uptake had an obvious positive correlations with the application of Se in soil. In each pot, Se uptakes in foliages and corms counted up 7.89~16. 38 %, 92. 11%~83. 62 % of total Se uptake respectively, which meant that the ability to absorb Se was that the corms come first, consequently, Amorphophallus konjac had a high use efficiency toward application of Se, which is 7. 26~15.47%.
