摘要
目的主要讨论神经干细胞的移植治疗脊髓损伤的临床情况。方法对10例患有脊髓损伤的病人进行脊髓损伤局部的神经干细胞移植,术前及术后半年时间内进行神经功能情况的评定。结果神经干细胞移植,促进了神经通路的重建工作,患者在日常生活中的感觉、运动、排汗等方面均有一定程度的改善,术后与术前比较,患者的精神功能情况有了显著的差异。结论神经干细胞移植利于脊髓损伤的修复并且可以明显改善脊髓损伤患者的多方面的神经功能。
To observe the effects of neural stem cells transplantation on the function recovery. Many factors are responsible for the usage of neural stem cell transplantation,such as dosage,activity of cell growth factor andrisk of transplantation.
