摘要
台湾具有普职并举的高等教育体系,采用产教结合的人才培养模式,实施立体交叉的证照制度,重视师资队伍建设,推行贴身细心的学生培养。其借鉴意义表现在:大力发展职业教育,尽早实现职业教育与普通教育的互通,坚持、推广产教结合的办学模式。
As for the features,the vocational education in Taiwan includes parallel higher educational system of general education and vocational education,the cultivating model which integrate industry with education,the multi-leveled certificate system,the strict training of the teaching faculty,the all-round cultivation of students.The development of vocational education in Taiwan provide enlightenment for us,such as developing vocational education vigorously,integrating the vocational education and general education as soon as possible,promoting the cultivating model of combining production with education.
