摘要
知识管理在敏捷供应链流程管理中具有重大作用,可以改变传统企业管理中各自为政的现象,从产业集聚角度扩大了"范围经济",实现了资源的合理整合和配置,企业实践中应通过信息资源共享和共同学习模式以增加研发能力;同时应注意控制知识管理中的风险,避免共享机制引发的风险蔓延。
Knowledge management has an important effect in the process of agile supply chain management, which can change the fragmented phenomenon in traditional enterprise management, can expanded ＂scope economy＂ from industrial agglomeration aspect and realize the integration of the resources reasonably and configuration, enterprise practice should increase research and development ability through the information resources sharing and common learning mode, at the same time we also should pay attention to the risk control exists in knowledge management to avoid sharing mechanism caused by the spread risk.
