摘要
采用佛山市南海西樵纺织工业园园区的印染废水进行混凝脱色处理研究,对硫酸亚铁(FeSO4)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)及双氰胺-甲醛(F3)脱色剂和阳离子有机脱色剂(A6)进行混凝脱色性能测试和成本分析。结果表明,A6脱色剂产泥量少,处理成本较低,能够较好地脱除原水的COD和色度,在投加量为20 mg/L下,COD去除率和色度去除率分别为32.7%和76.9%。实际运行结果中,平均COD去除率为39.4%,平均色度去除率达到90%以上。
The dyeing wastewater of Foshan Xiqiao Textile industry Park was treated by coagulation and biological processes. The coagulation and decolorization performance and the cost were analyzed by ferrous sulfate (FeSO4), polymeric aluminium (PAC), F3 decolorizer and A6 decolorizer. The result showed that the A6 decolorizer produces less sludge, lower cost and better treatment results for removing the COD and color from raw water. In the dosage of 20mg/L, the COD and color removal rate were 32.7 % and76.9 %, respectively. In practical operation, the average COD removal rate was 39.4 %, and the color removal rate was more than 90 %.
