摘要
根据军队医院当前任务、体制与工作要求,探讨如何建设强有力的应急保障队伍。采取搞好思想教育、强化战备观念、发挥军人主力军作用,加强对非现役文职人员及合同护士的军人素质培养,强化技术训练等。通过强化教育,认真组织,全员培训,提高了卫勤保障能力。强有力的思想教育,针对性的全员培训,能提高应急战备能力。
According to the army hospital current mission, the system and the work requirement, discuss how to construct the powerful emergency safeguard troop. Adopts ideological education, strengthens combat readiness idea, plays the serviceman main army role,improves the non-active duty civilian personnels and the contract nurse’s serviceman quality,strengthens technical training and so on. Through the strengthened education, the earnest organization, the whole staff training,the health industrious support capabilities are improved. The powerful ideological education, special whole staff training, can improve the emergency combat readiness ability.
