摘要
目的探讨群体烧伤患者有效的组织管理和综合救治方法。方法2001年1月至2007年10月共收治34批129例群体烧伤患者,采取现场急救、及时转运、入院后补液抗感染;中重度吸入性损伤患者早期气管切开;早期各脏器功能保护;积极正确处理创面;营养支持及后期康复治疗。结果129例群体烧伤患者中,治愈125人,死亡4人,治愈率96.9%。结论群体烧伤组织合理、综合救治措施得当,可以显著提高成批严重烧伤患者救治成功率。
Objective To explore the effective management and comprehensive measures to treat mass burns. Methods One hundred twenty-nine patients in thirty-four groups during January 2001 to October 2007 were enrolled in this study. The treatment included field first aid and prompt transport, then fluid replacement and anti-infection. Early tracheotomy was applied to those patients with moderate or severe inhalation injury, so as to keep smooth airway. Organ function was protected. Wounds was mangged correctly. The nutritional support and the rehabilitative treatment also was important very much. Results Among the 129 patients, 125 were cured, the others were died, the cure rate was 96.9%. Conclusions The reasonable management and the proper measures can improve the success rate of treatment of mass burns.
