摘要
目的:观察山楂乌梅降脂茶对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法:以喂高脂饲料方法建立高脂血症模型,60只Wistar大鼠在模型成功后,分为模型组,山楂乌梅降脂茶高、中、低剂量组和脂降宁组。连续灌胃给药21d后,分别测定血脂及血液流变学各项指标。结果:该茶灌胃给药后能明显抑制高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C的增高,并明显升高HDL-C的含量,同时还能有效改善血液流变学多项指标。结论:提示山楂乌梅降脂茶能有效调节实验性高脂血症大鼠的脂代谢及血液流变学多项指标,为临床运用其防治高脂血症提供了一定的实验研究依据。
Objective： To observe the influence of hawthorn dried plum dropping fat tea on blood fat and haemorheology in the rats with hyperlipemia. Methods： The blood fat model was established by cultivated high fat forage, 60 wistar rats, after constructing model successfully, were divided into model group, hawthorn dried plum dropping fat tea in high, middle and low dosage, Zhijiangning group. After 21 days continuous intragastric administration, the various targets of blood fat and haemorheology were examined. Results ： After given drug, TC, TG, LDL -C in rat with hyperlipemia were inhibited because of the tea, but the content of HDL -C raised up, meanwhile, various targets of harmorheology were also improved. Conclusion： Hawthorn dried plum dropping fat tea can regulate lipid metabolism and various targets of haemorheology in rat with hyperlipemia, that supplies experimental evidence for prevention and treatment hyperlipemia in clinic.
