摘要
                
                    以浓硫酸为催化剂,大豆油为原料,采用乙酸—过氧化氢一步法合成环氧化大豆油增塑剂.考察了反应温度,反应时间,催化剂,30%过氧化氢及冰乙酸用量等因素对环氧化反应的影响.结果表明,合成环氧化大豆油的最佳条件为:反应温度为60℃,30%过氧化氢用量为80%,冰乙酸用量为18%,浓硫酸用量为1.5%,反应时间为6h.在最佳条件下合成的环氧化大豆油环氧化值为5.38%.
                
                With concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,soybean oil react with the system of acetic acid-hydrogen peroxide to synthesize epoxidized soybean oil.The reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst,hydrogen peroxide,acetic acid consumption were studied.The results showed that the optimum parameter was reaction temperature 60 ℃,30% hydrogen peroxide 80%,acetic acid 18%,concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst 1.5%,reaction time 6 h.Under optimal conditions,the epoxidation value of the product was 5.38%.
