摘要
从发病时间规律探讨抑郁症病位。发病时间为"晨重暮轻"者,病位主要责之于脾;发病时间为"晨轻暮重"者,病位主要责之于肝;发病时间规律不明显者,则应根据症状和舌脉,仔细辨别病位。脾虚在抑郁症发病过程中贯穿始终。
This paper discusses the relationship between onset and focuses of depression.It holds that if the depression ＂severe at dawn and mild at dark＂,it would attribute to spleen;if the disease ＂mild at dawn and severe at dark＂,it would attribute to liver;if the onset time of depression won＇t regular obviously,the location of depression should be indentified carefully on the basis of symptoms,tongue and pulse conditions.Spleen deficiency exists through the course of depression.
