摘要
冶金企业中大部分煤气加压站采用先混合后加压工艺,文中介绍了一种煤气先加压后混合的工艺流程,为了解决工艺流程控制中热值和压力波动大的缺陷,提出一种基于PLC的模糊和专家控制器,并详细介绍了其实现方法。经过实际应用取得了很好的效果,热值、压力控制偏差均小于4%。
In metallurgical enterprise,the mode of mixture followed by pressurization was adopted in most Gas pressure station.The paper introduces a gas mixing process which belongs to pressurization followed by mixture mode.In order to solve the difficulty that the mixed gas's pressure and calorific values fluctuate greatly in process control.An intelligent control method combining fuzzy control and expert control was proposed based on the PLC as same as the way how to realize was introduced detailed.The actual results validate the control strategy,the gas caloric value and pressure error can be controlled in the range of 4% of their setvalue.
