摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,城市各项基础设施都需不断完善,以自来水厂自动化系统为例,其本身关系到社会发展与群众的切身利益,若运行中难以保持一定的可靠性与安全性,将难以发挥其应有的作用。在此背景下,通过实践研究发现,将PLC引入其中,可使自动化系统更为完善。本文主要以我国某自来水厂自来水自控系统为例,对PLC引入下自动化系统的总体设计以及各工艺流程控制进行探析。
With the rapid development of social economy, the city's infrastructure must be continually improved. Using water-works automation system as an example, its relationship to the social development and the vital interests of the masses, if difficult to maintain in the operation of the reliability and security, will be difficult to play its proper role. Under this background, the study found through practice, introducing PLC which can make the automation system more perfect. This paper takes some tap water in waterworks automatic control system in our country as an example, the introduction of PLC to the overall design of automation sys- tem and the analysis of process control.
