摘要
中国动漫产业对人才的需求急剧增长,这为聋人开辟了一个新的就业领域。作为高职院校,如何培养出符合动漫产业需要的、合格的动漫人才,则是一个需要积极研究的课题。文章从培养实用型聋人动漫人才的角度出发,结合南京特殊教育职业技术学院聋人计算机多媒体技术专业(动漫方向)的实践,就高职院校聋人计算机多媒体技术专业(动漫方向)教学计划的制定原则、思路与过程等问题进行了深入的探讨。
With the rapid growth of Chinese animation industry to talented person＇s demand, it has created a new employment domain for deaf. As higher vocational colleges, it＇s a necessary project to think about how to cultivate passed talented persons for animation industry. This article give a deep discussion about the principle, reasoning and process of teaching plan from the angle of produce utility model talented person, according to the practice on deaf multimedia technology professional （animation direction） of Nanjing Technical College of Spacial Education.
