摘要
目的:观察白脉软膏影响家兔骨折愈合过程的作用及可能的机制。方法:机械法建立家兔桡骨骨折动物模型,步态测试系统分析动物患肢着地力;软组织张力测试仪记录动物骨折处软组织张力;X线摄片观察骨折线形成;骨病理切片观察骨折处骨组织结构。结果:外用白脉软膏可增加模型动物患肢着地力,升高模型动物骨痂处X射线扫描评分,促进骨折后新骨生长。结论:外用白脉软膏对骨折模型动物骨伤愈合过程具有明显的促进作用。
Objective： To investigate the influence and possible mechanisms of BaiMai Recipe on the healing progress of fracture.Methods： The bone fracture model was established in the right radius of rabbits.The powers of landing and soft tissue tension were detected,X-ray films and histological changes were examined to investigate the velocity of callus formation and qualities of healing process.Results： Similar with Shangkejiegu Tablet,BaiMai Recipe treatment could improve power of landing after fracture,BaiMai Recipe increased soft tissue tension in small and moderate dose groups,while reduced soft tissue tension in large dose group.BaiMai Recipe treatment improved velocity of callus formation and qualities of healing process,and increased new bone growth,majorly trabecular bone and new bone plate in the fracture model.Conclusion： The study shows that therapy of BaiMai Recipe can promote fracture coalescence in rabbits.
