摘要
[目的]研究菊花多糖的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验,考察微波功率、提取时间、固液比对菊花多糖提取率的影响,确定微波提取的最佳工艺条件,并与常规提取法进行比较。[结果]最佳提取条件为微波功率800 W,固液比1∶15,提取时间15 min;在该条件下,多糖的提取率为5.59%。常规提取法的多糖提取率为2.73%。[结论]与传统提取方法相比,微波提取具有操作简单、省时、节能和高效的优点,适合工业化提取菊花多糖。
[Objective] The aim was to study the optimal extraction process of polysaccharide in Chrysanthemum.[Method] By dint of orthogonal and single-factor experiments,the influences of microwave efficiency,extraction time,and liquid ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccharides in Chrysanthemum were examined.The optimal craft condition of microwave extraction was established and compared with traditional extraction method.[Result] The optimal extraction conditions were:power 800 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 15,extraction time 15 min,and the polysaccharides extraction rate under such optimal condition was 5.59%.The extraction rate of impregnation was generally about 2.73%.[Conclusion] Compared with the traditional extraction method,the microwave extraction was simple,convenient,energy saving,and efficient,and was suitable for industrial extraction of polysaccharide.
