CD147与基质金属蛋白酶-3在急性白血病细胞中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨CD147和基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)在急性白血病患者细胞中的表达情况及其相关性。方法应用流式细胞术检测CD147表达水平,免疫组化染色法检测MMP-3蛋白的表达情况,比较其在初治、复发、完全缓解的急性白血病患者中的表达变化及其相关性。结果 CD147和MMP-3在白血病初治及复发组中的表达水平显著高于缓解组和对照组(P<0.05);初治组中髓外浸润组CD147和MMP-3水平显著高于非髓外浸润组(P<0.05);经相关性分析显示,CD147和MMP-3表达呈正相关关系(r=0.574,P<0.01)。结论 CD147和MMP-3在急性白血病细胞中高表达,可能与白血病细胞髓外浸润过程有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation and expression of CD147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia cells.Methods The expression of CD147 was detected by flow cytometry and the protein expression of MMP-3 was assessed by immunohistochemistry.The expression level and the correlation of CD147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia patients with different stage of initial treatment,relapsed and complete remission were compared.Results The expression of CD147 and MMP-3 of initial treatment group and relapsed group were significantly higher than that of complete remission group and control group(P 0.05).The expression of CD147 and MMP-3 of extra-medullary infiltration group in initial treatment group were significantly higher than that of non-extra-medullary infiltration group(P 0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the expression of CD147 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-3(r = 0.574,P 0.01).Conclusion The high expression of CD147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia cells may be related to the extra-medullary infiltration.
