芪黄煎剂对上消化道肿瘤术后血清促炎细胞因子及其mRNA表达的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Qihuang Decoction (芪黄煎剂) on Proinflammatory Cytokine and Its mRNA Expression in Postoperative Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Tumors

摘要 目的:观察上消化道肿瘤术后早期应用芪黄煎剂对血清促炎细胞因子及其mRNA表达的影响。方法:40例上消化道肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组(20例)和对照组(20例)。研究组术后第1d开始,采用肠内滴注中药芪黄煎剂;对照组只滴注生理盐水,疗程均为7d。术后检测血清促炎细胞因子及mRNA表达。结果:2组血清促炎细胞因子术后1d均明显下降(P<0.05),研究组术后第7d降低更明显,与术后1d比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后7d,研究组IL-1α(98.29±3.67)pg/mL、IL-6(6.26±3.02)pg/mL、TNF-α(95.43±32.33)pg/mL分别较对照组IL-1α(120.61±2.89)pg/mL、IL-6(10.63±2.43)pg/mL、TNF-α(108.43±29.42)pg/mL降低明显(P<0.05)。结论:上消化道肿瘤术后早期,小肠内滴注芪黄煎剂,通过抑制促炎细胞因子(IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α)mRNA的表达,调节血清促炎细胞因子(IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α)恢复正常,对上消化道肿瘤术后机体免疫功能的恢复和炎症反应的控制具有重要作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Qihuang decoction (芪黄煎剂) on proinflammatory cytokines and its mRNA expression in postoperative patients with upper gastrointestinal tract tumor.Method Forty upper gastrointestinal tract tumor patients were randomized into the study group of 20 cases and the control group of 20 cases,patients in the study group were given Chinese herbs Qihuang decoction via the silicon catheters intubated into the small intestine on the first postoperative day for 7 days,while those patiens in the control group were given 0.9g/L normal saline.Serum levels of proinflammatory cytokines and its mRNA expression were detected postoperatively.Results Proinflammatory cytokines in serum of both groups significantly decreased(P 0.05)on the first postoperative day,The serum proinflammatory cytokines levels of the study group significantly decreased on the 7th postoperative day as compared with those of the first postoperative day(P 0.05).proinflammatory cytokines of the study group significantly decreased on the 7th postoperative day(P 0.05).Conclusion Early application of Chinese herbs Qihuang decoction in postoperative patients with upper gastrointestinal tract tumor can promote proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1α,IL-6,TNF-α) mRNA expression,regulate proinflammatory cytokines in serum to normal levels,and play an important role in recovery of immune function and control of inflammatory response after upper gastrointestinal tract tumor operation.
