摘要
目的探讨胃癌中Kiss-1蛋白的表达及其在胃癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测130例胃癌标本和130例正常胃黏膜组织(对照组)中Kiss-1蛋白的表达,分析其在不同临床病理特征中的关系。结果 Kiss-1在胃癌组织中的表达量明显低于正常胃黏膜组织,Kiss-1在不同浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中的表达有显著性差异。结论 Kiss-1在胃癌发展中起重要作用,术后检测对判断胃癌预后可能有重要价值。
Objective To detect the expression of Kiss-1 and investigate it’s relationship with pathogenesis,development and metastasis in gastric carcinoma.MethodsThe study includes 130 cases of gastric carcinoma as neoplasm group and 130 cases of normal membrane as control group.We detect their expression of Kiss-1 by FlowCytometry.ResultsComparisons of the gastric carcinoma and normal tissues showed that there was a significant down-regulation of Kiss-1 in neoplasm.Moreover,the expression of Kiss-1 was associated with infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis.ConclusionsThere was significant down-regruation in the gastric carcinoma.The expression of Kiss-1 not only play an important role but also be a significant prognostic indicator in the gastric carcinoma.
