摘要 微小RNA是一类内源性非编码的小分子RNA。近年来研究证实微小RNA广泛参与和调控机体固有免疫与适应性免疫的各个环节。在脓毒症过程中，紊乱的固有免疫与适应性免疫均参与发病。 MicroRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding of small molecules RNA. It has been conf＇trrned that the microRNA play a role in innate immunity and adaptive immunity which are involved in sepsis.
