摘要
根据国内服装吊挂线生产的情况,主要对其生产线布置、品种适应性、人员技能要求、管理的要求与方法等组织要素进行分析,结合在吊挂线生产现场长期的深入实践,对生产组织方案进行研究,提出了单品种大批量生产、多品种小批量平行生产和多品种小批量顺序生产的3种方案。
According to the condition of the domestic general application of garment hanging production line, the organizational elements of the production line layout, variety adaptability, staff technical ability requirements and management methods are investigated and analyzed. Studying the production organization schemes by combining with a long time practice in the hanging production line, this paper puts forward three schemes, which are single variety of mass production, many varieties of small batch parallel production and many varieties of small batch production in order.
