摘要
目的:研究中药外敷对原发性肝癌患者的止痛作用。方法:将87例病例随机分为对照组28例和治疗组30例,对照组给予奇曼丁(曲马多控释片),治疗组予以中药外敷。结果:治疗组中医疗效、心功能疗效以及降低BNP的水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷能迅速、有效地缓解癌性疼痛,且起效时间短、毒副作用小,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective：To study analgesic effects in primary liver cancer patients.Methods：87 cases were randomly divided into control group,28 cases,and treated group of 30 patients;The control group was given Qi Manding（tramadol controlled release tablets）,the treated group for external application in TCM.Results：The efficacy of TCM,cardiac function and reduced BNP levels were better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：TCM quickly and effectively relieve cancer pain.
