摘要
本文从微胶囊芯材和壁材的种类以及微胶囊的作用方面来介绍微胶囊技术,并简要介绍了染整加工中应用的微胶囊的几种主要制备方法(界面聚合法、原位聚合法、水相分离法、油相分离法和分子包埋法)。最后重点介绍了微胶囊在染色、印花、防护型功能整理和卫生保健型功能整理中的应用。
Microcapsule technology is introduced from types of microcapsule wall materials and core materials and the effects of microcapsules in this article.Several main preparation methods of microcapsules applied in dyeing and finishing,such as interfacial polymerization,in-situ polymerization,water phase separation,oil phase separation and molecular embedding method,are briefly introduced.In the end,the application of microcapsules is introduced by the view of dyeing,printing,protective functional finishing and health care functional finishing.
