肾孤立性纤维性肿瘤合并肾盏、输尿管结石1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性,50岁。因右腰腹部间断性疼痛4年余,加重3天入院。MRI示右侧肾脏形态基本正常,右侧肾盂处见团块样异常信号,大小3.7 cm×3.4 cm,右侧肾盏扩张,右侧输尿管上段扩张,内见低信号的充盈缺损。
