肾脏神经鞘瘤一例报告伴文献复习 被引量：9

摘要 神经鞘瘤（neurilemoma）又名雪旺细胞瘤或施万细胞瘤（Schwannoma），是一种良性肿瘤，多发生于外周神经和听神经。发生于肾脏的神经鞘瘤较为少见。1955年，Phillips和Baumrueker报道了首例发生在肾门的良性神经鞘瘤．目前，国内外俭索到的案例报道共42例，因临床资料较少．使得病理医生对于该类肿瘤的临床和病理学特征知之甚少。本文报道1例肾脏神经鞘瘤的临床病理、免疫组化特点．并结合相关文献进行分忻，以提高对该肿瘤的认识。
