摘要
腐败犯罪是权力异化的极端表现形式,分析其产生的原因有助于彻底根治和预防腐败犯罪。在通过对腐败犯罪调查的基础上,从中国特有的权力文化传统出发来分析腐败犯罪的原因,以期对彻底根治腐败犯罪起到一定的作用。
It is helpful to analyze the causes of corruption crime for preventing and eradicating the crime,which is the extreme form of alienation of power.The article,based on the investigation of the causes of corruption crime,from traditional culture of power,analyses the causes of the crime of corruption,in order to eradicate corruption crime.
