摘要
[目的]研究高脂饲料建立肥胖大鼠模型的方法以及肥胖诱导对肥胖大鼠的瘦素、胰岛素水平的影响。[方法]将50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为肥胖诱导组和正常对照组,分别喂以高脂饲料和基础饲料8周,观察摄食量和体脂含量的变化,第8周末测定血脂四项、瘦素和胰岛素水平进行比较。[结果]本次研究高脂饲料配方喂养肥胖大鼠的体重、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、瘦素和胰岛素水平均显著高于正常对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]本高脂饲料配方致肥效果良好,喂养肥胖大鼠产生瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗,并伴有一定程度的血脂代谢紊乱。
[Objective]To study the method of building obesity rats model induced by high fat diet,and the influence to leptin and insulin levels of obesity rats.[Methods]Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into obesity induce group and normal control group,with high fat diet and basic diet eight weeks.The change of feed intake and body fat was observed.At the end of eight weeks,the fat rats＇ weights and the levels of leptin and insulin were compared.[Results]The weight,serum TC,LDL-C,leptin and insulin levels of fat rats were significantly higher than normal control group（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]The formula of high fat diet was effective,fat rats were leptin resistance and insulin resistance easily during the inducing by high fat diet,and with a certain extent of metabolism disorder of blood fat.
