摘要
近年来,肥胖患病率日益增长,但其机制未明,建立合适的动物模型是研究其发病机制的重要方法,而动物模型的稳定性和可重复性十分关键。通过对肥胖大鼠模型研究的文献回顾,分析相关影响因素,本研究认为在造模时应选用离乳3-4周龄雄性Wistar大鼠;饲料配方在营养素和能量比例平衡的基础上,考虑口感及成型;喂食过程中需要结合大鼠摄食规律,并注意大鼠对高脂饲料的适应和肥胖抵抗因素对模型建立的影响;而造模持续时间应根据实际研究目的来确定,以期为相关研究有所裨益。
In recent years,the prevalence of obesity is increasing,but its mechanism is not clear,establishing an appropriate animal model is an important method to study its pathogenesis,and the stability and repeatability of animal models are crucial.This review summarizes the study of diet-induced obese rat models and analysis of influenced factors,it is suggested that the weaning male Wistar rats of 3-4 weeks old should be selected for the establishment of models,based on the balance of nutrients and energy,the formula should takes into account taste and molding,during the feeding process,it is necessary to combine the feeding pattern of rats,and pay attention to the adaptation of rats to high-fat diet and the effect of obesity-resistant on the establishment of models,the duration of modelling should be determined by the research purpose,in order to benefit the relevant research.
