摘要
在藏族聚居区社会发展中,政治参与是一个重要因素。本文以青海省等藏族聚居区为研究对象,从政治参与的主要形式、基本特征及影响因素、对策思路等方面入手,对藏族聚居区民众的政治参与问题作了探析。
It is an important task for the citizens to participate in political activities in the development of econo- my and society of Tibetan regions. Based on the study of Qinghai province and other Tibetan regions, the paper looks through the main forms, distinguishing features, effecting factors and the countermeasures of political participation in order to provide the enlightenment to the related policy making.
