胰腺节段切除手术技巧及并发症预防和处理

摘要 胰腺是位于人体腹膜后方的实质性脏器，其解剖位置深在，著名的外科学家和解剖学家Skandalakis称之为“hermit organ”，因此胰腺疾病的手术操作比较复杂，难度较大。在一些大型医疗机构，虽然胰十二指肠切除术和远端胰腺切除术在手术技巧、围手术期处理和手术并发症方面已较过去明显改善，但是对于某些部位如胰腺颈部的病变，或某些胰腺良性疾病如浆液性囊腺瘤，采用胰十二指肠切除术或远端胰腺切除术仍会造成较大的创伤，并可能切除过多的胰腺组织，胰腺内、外分泌功能受到不必要的损害，并破坏消化道的生理连续性。
