摘要
采用Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法比较研究了PASC与PAC中铝的形态分布及转化规律.实际结果表明,在PASC中,由于聚硅酸与铝水解聚合产物间的相互作用,使得铝的水解聚合形态分布及转化情况发生了变化.在相同B值条件下,PASC中Al_a和Al_b的含量低于PAC中相应Al_s和Al_b的含量,而 PASC中Al_c的含量却大于PAC中Al_c的含量.共聚法制备的PASC(共)与复合法制备的PASC(复)相比较,PASC(复)具有较高的Al_a和Al_b含量,较低的Al_c含量.这说明制备工艺对PASC中铝的形态分布具有一定的影响.
The species distribution and the transformation of PASC were investigated and compared with those of PAG by Al-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric method. The experimental results show that species distribution and the transformation of PASC are different from those of PAC, owing to the interaction between polysilicic acid and hydrolyzed aluminum species. At the same basicity (B), the content of Ala and Alb in PASC is less than that in PAC, otherwise, the content of Alc in PASC is more than that in PAC. In comparison with PASC prepared by copolymerization technique, PASC prepared by composite technique is characterized by having more Ala and Alb, but less Alc, at the same B value and Al/Si molar ratio, which means that the species distribution of PASC is affected by the preparation technique.
