摘要
以盐酸酸洗废液和铁尾矿为主要原料,制备了一种絮凝性能优良的絮凝剂——聚硅酸聚合氯化铁絮凝剂(PSPFC),并应用该絮凝剂进行了絮凝沉降煤泥水的实验。研究了PSPFC的用量、搅拌条件、絮凝温度和pH值等因素对PSPFC絮凝沉降煤泥水的影响,并从表面电性特征角度探讨了PSPFC絮凝沉降煤泥水的絮凝机理。结果表明,在1L煤泥水中加入0.3mL PSPFC,絮凝温度25℃~35℃,pH值3~10,快速搅拌(250r/min)1min,慢速搅拌(75r/min)15min的条件下,煤泥水的除浊率达98%以上,CODCr和SS的去除率分别达99.4%和98.5%,获得了良好的效果。
A polysilicate polyferric chloride flocculant (PSPFC) with excellent flocculating ability was prepared using hydrochloric acid pickling wastewater and ferric tailings as the major raw materials.
