摘要
总结了老年人断指再植的不利因素,并提出相应的护理对策。在45例(47指)行断指再植术的老年患者中,坏死3指,成活44指,成活率为93.6%。认为针对老年人血管条件不佳、因合并多种并发症存在用药安全问题、康复锻炼依从性差等特点,应加强老年人断指再植后血管危象的观察和护理,评估患者用药,加强药物治疗的观察,积极进行健康教育,促进患者出院前及出院后的康复锻炼。
This paper summarizes the adverse factors of digital replantation in 45 elderly patients and the nursing measures. In 45 cases（47 fingers）,the survival rate of replantated fingers was 93.6 percent. In the elderly patients,the poor vascular conditions,medication risk caused by various complications,poor compliance of rehabilitation exercise were the adverse factors of digital replantation. Nurses should strengthen observation and nursing of blood vessel crisis after the replantation,enhance the observation of drug therapy,carry out health education actively, and promote the rehabilitation exercise of the patients before and after they discharged.
