摘要 目的调查紫杉醇在进展期胃癌中的使用状况,分析其治疗价值。方法将多种方案(其他药物治疗进展期胃癌,单独紫杉醇治疗进展期胃癌及紫杉醇联合其他药物治疗进展期胃癌)治疗进展期胃癌的资料进行对比分析。结果单独使用紫杉醇和紫杉醇联合其他药物的治疗效果优于其他药物。结论现阶段在治疗进展期胃癌方面紫杉醇的疗效优异。 Objective Ivestigation of paclitaxel in advanced gastric carcinoma using status. Method A variety of programs （other drugs in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, paclitaxel alone in treatment of advanced gastric cancer and paclitaxel in combination with other drugs in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer） in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer were analyzed. Result Separate use ofpaclitaxel and paclitaxel in combination with other drugs, treatment is more effective than other drugs. Conclusion At this stage in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with respect to the efficacyof paclitaxel excellent.
