摘要
系统的前列腺穿刺活检方法的临床应用大大提高了医生诊断前列腺癌的能力。6针系统穿刺法已被临床广为接受。更多的扩大穿刺方法的提出和临床应用提高了前列腺癌的检出率。各家学者对穿刺点的选择提出了多种方案,但现阶段尚未形成一种标准的前列腺穿刺术式。本文对经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检术的穿刺针数和重复穿刺活检进行回顾,探讨各种穿刺方法的临床应用价值。
Systematic prostate biopsy has improved the ability of detecting prostate cancer.Sextant biopsies is mainly used in clinical.More extensive prostate biopsies have been introduced and applied,which have improved the ability of detecting prostate cancer.However,a standard prostate biopsy has not yet been developed.This review discussed the prostate biopsy cores and the repeated biopsy,the clinical application of various biopsy schemes was evaluated as well.
