摘要
考察候选教师的适应性信念对心理健康的影响,探讨应对方式在适应性信念与心理健康之间所起的中介作用。采用适应性信念量表、应对方式问卷、16PF对北京市328名候选教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)候选教师的适应性信念总体较好,女性、硕士以上学历、应聘中学、应聘主科的候选人得分显著高于男性、本科以下、应聘小学、应聘副科的候选人;(2)适应性信念与应对方式、心理健康之间存在显著相关;(3)应对方式在适应性信念与心理健康之间起中介作用。
To explore the relationship between adaptive believes and mental health, and also the mediating effects of coping style, 328 candidate teachers were selected to fill Questionnaires of Adaptive believes, Trait coping style questionnaire （TCSQ） and 16PF. The results show the following： （1） The overall of the candidates＇ adaptive believes is good. The scores of the candidates of female, Master, middle school, core course were higher than the candidates of male, bachelor, primary, minor course significantly. （2） Adaptive believes, coping style and mental health were significantly correlated. （3）Coping style mediated the relationship between adaptive believes and mental health.
