摘要
目的评价中西医两种方案治疗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的临床疗效。方法观察组30例选用双黄连粉针及肺力咳合剂,对照组30例选用利巴韦林注射液及盐酸氨溴索注射液。结果观察组和对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医方案治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎有良好的临床效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two therapeutic options, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, in children with pneumonia due to respiratory syncytial virus （RSV）. Methods Thirty children in the observation group were treated with Shuanghuanglian powder for injection and feilike mixture, and the other 30 children in the control group were treated with ribavirin injection and ambroxol hydrochloride injection. Results There was a significantly comparative difference（P 0.05） in efficacy between the two groups. Conclusion It has a good clinical effect to treat pneumonia children due to respiratory syncytial virus with traditional Chinese medicine.
