摘要
本文主要介绍了国内外对于双金属复合材料界面结合强度的测试方法,对其应用的范围及适用对象进行了详细比较。在传统的测试方法基础之上,结合日本测试复合钢的测试标准,给出了一种新的铜-钢复合导线的界面结合强度测试方法。经过实验验证,该方法具有科学可靠性,可测试任意规格线径和任意界面结合强度的铜包钢导线,并且可测试任意双金属复合材料的界面结合强度。
This article mainly introduced the domestic and foreign testing method of the interface bonding strength for bimetallic composite material.In regard to the application in scope and applicable objects,the detailed comparison are carried on.Based on traditional test methods,combined with the steel composite testing standards in Japan,this paper presents a new test method of steel-copper composite wire interface bonding strength.After the verification of test,the method in this acticle is scientific and reliability.The method can test any size and any interface bonding strength of copper-clad steel wire,it also can test the interface bonding strength of any bimetallic composite material.
