摘要 研究了黄铜包钢双金属线的复合工艺及性能。以45钢线和 H62黄铜管为原材料,经过表面处理后套装成复合线坯,再通过拉拔和热处理获得复合线。显微组织分析和检测结果表明,用这种工艺制作的黄铜包钢复合导线,黄铜层沿圆周及纵向分布均匀,黄铜与钢的界面实现了良好的冶金结合,其力学性能和导电性能由黄铜与钢的成分、复合体积比及变形率决定。 Composite technology and properties of brass-clad steel bimetallic wire are studied. The starting materials, steel wire with a carbon content of 0.45 percent of core and brass pipe with a zinc content of 38 percent for clad layer, are degreased and brush cleaned. The brass pipe and steel wire are assembled processing for bimetallic rod. Then the billet is drawn through a number of dies until to its final size. Metallurgical analysis, mechanical properties tests and electrical resistivity measurement are carried out, and the results show that the brass-clad steel has well metallurgical bond, and the mechanical properties and conductivity are decided by component, volume rate and deformation rate.
