摘要
介绍了三网融合的概念及发展趋势,通过论述三网融合对人们生活以及对图书馆发展的影响,探讨了三网融合环境下图书馆在信息资源建设、服务方式与内容、人才培养和引进、经费投入与技术保障方面的发展策略。
This paper introduces the concept and development trend of the fusion of telecommunications network,broadcast network and Internet,and through the discussion of the fusion of telecommunications network,broadcast network and Internet on people＇s life and library＇s development,probes into library＇s development strategy from aspects of information resources construction,service pattern and content,personnel cultivation and introduction,financial investment and technical support.
