摘要
以珠江区水资源综合规划为依据,全面分析了珠江水资源状况及其面临的形势,并以维护河流健康、建设绿色珠江为宗旨,提出珠江水资源可持续利用的总体思路。同时,在水资源供需平衡分析的基础上,提出水资源配置方案及推进节水防污型社会建设、完善水资源配置工程体系建设、严格水资源管理、创新流域水资源管理机制等对策。
In accordance with the Pearl River Basin Integrated Water Resources Plan, this paper made an overall analysis of current situation of water resources and the issues the Pearl River Basin facing, and put forward the general idea of sustainable utilization of water resources with the purpose of maintaining river health and building green Pearl River. On top of that, based on the co-ordination of water supply and demand analysis, this paper also proposed the water deployment scheme, the construction of water saving and pollutant-proof society, and countermeasures such as perfection of improved water deployment project system, stringent water resources management and innovative water resources management mechanism.
