摘要
在了解广西水资源开发利用现状的基础上,系统分析在水资源开发、利用、治理、配置、节约、保护等方面存在的问题,研究提出了加强广西水利工程体系建设,强化管理政策,提高用水效率和效益,切实抓好水资源开发利用的有效管理,促进广西水资源持续利用与经济社会可持续发展的对策建议。
Based on the status of water development in Guangxi, it analyzes the issues of water development, utilization, governance, configuration, saving, protection systematically. It also gives some advice on strengthening water engineering system construction, strengthening management policies, improving water efficiency and effectiveness, grasping well the effective management of water resources development, promoting the sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of social economy.
